Presenting the second monthly RP Awards! These will be based on both your IC and OOC experiences! Everyone is welcome to vote, whether you're old or new! Figured this should get put up now, as March is quickly coming to a close! Voting will close on April 1st!

-RULES-
1. You don't have to PM me your votes, posting them in this thread is perfectly fine.
2. You're free to vote for your own character with no limitations, but this is more of a way to congratulate other players and recognize them for some of their achievements, so try to keep that to a minimum.
3. Absolutely no flaming. If you get voted for the meanie, it's probably not personal.
4. You may only do one round of voting, no matter how many accounts you have.

The Hero: Who’s playing the role of the hero around here?!
The Sidekick: Always got the hero’s back, or just someone who gets pushed to the background.
The Villain: The big bad. Who’s the guy bent on world domination for evil purposes!
The Sidevillain: The villain’s lackey, underling. The henchmen to the villain’s big bossitude.

The Nice One: The person who is just way too nice for their own good.
The Meanie: The person that’s always just angry or mean. Dishing out insults or maybe some pain.
The Comedian: Who makes you laugh. Who’s the funny class clown.
The Smart One: The person that just always knows what’s going on and what to do about it.
The Just Plain Clueless One: This person probably has no idea where he’s at.

Couple of the Month: Self-explanatory, who do you think is the best canon couple IC?
The Shake n’ Bake: Different from last month, Shake n' Bake will be about who you believe is the best pairing in character that isn't necessarily romantically involved. This can be best friends, or a duo that just makes you laugh or cringe whenever they're together! Or two guys who just plain hate each other but work out wonderfully as a pair!

Member of the Month: Who is the most funny, helpful, or exciting person to be around OOC? Maybe they hang about in the chatbox, or just make your day with how they are!

The Hero: Amakusa Takehiro (I MUST BECOME THE MOST POWERFUL AND BRING ABOUT PEACE!!! YEEEAAAAHHH!!!! xDDD)
The Sidekick: Morei Haji (both hero and sidekick, I swear. haha)
The Villain: Wakeshima Shoji (evil diiiiiiiiick)
The Sidevillain: Saitō Reina (seems like she will be villainous xD)

Member of the Month: Eric (He took over a lot of gm'ing and has handled things amazingly. Honestly, a truly stellar member. <3)
Newbie of the Month: Brandon (jk bro lol. I got nuthin' atm)
Roleplayer of the Month: Shou (Crazy threading and plottage. He's always on top of it and willing to contribute, and is the ideal member as well as roleplayer. Lovin' it. :3)
Character of the Month: Zhuo Jina (Despite the hard times, and being a woman in ancient Japan, and being surrounded by dicks, her demeanor is pretty much always light. She is a very real and undamaged character, and that normalcy is very refreshing. Plus, she's interacting with just about everybody haha)
Thread of the Month: Fight for Honor (THIS THREAD IS SOOOOOOOOOOOO ADORABLE!!!! ASDFG! <333333333333333)

[Morei Haji]

The Hero: Haji. Doesn't get more good guy than him.
The Sidekick: Ryunosuke. He seems attached to Takehiro's side all the time.
The Villain: Sagi. He seems like the mastermind.
The Sidevillain: Sakkaku. He's no less devious than Sagi, and launching an assault on the Takeda scores him some points.

The Nice One: Kenji. For trying to befriend Hideyasu, I suppose.
The Meanie: Katsumi, for making Takehiro cry. Lolol.
The Comedian: Yukimura, he makes me laugh a lot.
The Smart One: Takehiro. No contest there. Highest WIS and the smartest choices to always back it up.
The Just Plain Clueless One: Yukimura, because yeah lol. Or Hidenori. But he's just dumb period.

The Pretty Boy: Hake.
The Hot Babe: Katsumi. <3 totally not biased
Couple of the Month: Haji and Katsumi. Doesn't help that we're pretty much the only official couple, lol.
The Shake n’ Bake: Hidenori x Noel until another swell group comes along.

Member of the Month: Brandon. This guy does a lot, and I feel like he deserves it more than I do.
Newbie of the Month: Is Kenji eligible for this, since he was gone for a while at the start? This guy is great OOC and IC. I quite enjoy his company. If not, Shigenobu takes it for being a cool dude.
Roleplayer of the Month: I can't decide between Freya and Brandon. Both of them always amaze me.
Character of the Month: Tempted to vote Okata, if only because she gained the ability to force people to stare at her... assets, for a time. But I also want to vote Kenji, because his posts are generally pretty great and his character is fun all around.
Thread of the Month: What The Hell Did I Do?! I know it's my own quest, but... it was hilarious all the way through.

The Meanie: Maki.
The Comedian: Hidenori. ESTEEMED SEAWEED.
The Smart One: Takehiro.

The Pretty Boy: Chimosa Hake.
The Hot Babe: Nomi no Okata. It's Hone Onna, let's be serious here.
Couple of the Month: Haji and Katsumi, because we still don't have any other couples, from what I've seen.
The Shake n’ Bake: Noel and Hidenori, haha.

Member of the Month: Eric, hands down. He took over GMing more threads than anything, and he helped me get Keisuke boosted up in stats in time for Okehazama. Kudos dude!
Newbie of the Month: Miyamoto Kenji. Dude makes me laugh, and he reads a lot of threads.
Roleplayer of the Month: I still have to vote Brandon. Dude, you still amaze me, seriously.
Character of the Month: Amakusa Takehiro. From still being the strongest character, to becoming a Daimyo, geez dude.

The Hero: I'm changing my answer. I don't care if I haven't threaded with her but I wanted to tell everyone that Kitana is my hero. She's been fighting and threading through a really hard time and it's so inspirational.

The Villain: Shoji, though Jina doesn't know it yet!
The Sidevillain: Maki, because of his injuries and absences, he still deserves a spot as a poo-head <3

The Nice One: HAJI..jeeze man. 
The Meanie: Maki, considering that thread he and Jina are in now.

Character of the Month: Chosokabe Nanami <3 I love my pirate girlfriends. Er, girl friends.
Thread of the Month: Plunderin' Booty, the dice were in love with Chinese girl...for a bit. (3 6's in a row?!)

[Miyamoto Kenji]

The Hero: Miyamoto Kenji. Is it narcissistic to put myself here? Because I'm looking at my/his quest, and I feel that saving a miko and a handful of women from some sick bastards, as well as earning the affection of a (stalker-ish) local lady, and not asking for a reward at any point (and partying with the happy townspeople afterward) is fairly heroic.
The Sidekick: Morei Haji. He's the popular pick for hero and sidekick, and I kinda see why.
The Villain: Wakeshima Shoji, only because the Super Sakkaku Bros have yet to be truly villainous.
The Sidevillain: Saito Reina has potential, depending on how she develops. Again though, the Super Sakkaku Bros must work for their places in this list.

The Nice One: Miyamoto Kenji. I promise this will be the only other time I put my name down this month. >_>
The Meanie: Kuroshi Maki. Bit of an ass, that one, though still entertaining to read about.
The Comedian: Morei Hidenori. If I could pick two, I'd also pick Noel for their dungeon thread, because that was ridiculous.
The Smart One: Amakusa Takehiro has this one in the bag for now.
The Just Plain Clueless One: Sanada Yukimura. OYAKATA-SAMA! I call Yukimura dumb, but I really enjoy his character.

The Pretty Boy: Sanada Yukimura again, because look at the jacket he got from the 150 Votes reward. He is the pretty boy.
The Hot Babe: Kyoya Naotora, just to throw a monkey wrench out there.
Couple of the Month: HajiXKatsumi for being a cute damn couple... And because frankly, they're the only one I really know of.
The Shake n’ Bake: Noel & Hidenori. Again, that dungeon thread...

Member of the Month: Eric. The guy had to deal with some serious GMing this month on top of computer problems and a trip elsewhere, but he still rocks the boat.
Newbie of the Month: Haruna "Rin"/sweets. Why? She may have picked one of the best silly items.
Roleplayer of the Month: Ke-- nah, I'm kidding. My vote goes to Shou for the same reasons at Katsumi.
Character of the Month: Sanada Yukimura. Will he cease to be entertaining, whether he's in a comical or serious situation? I don't know.
Thread of the Month: Thieves' Town turned out a hell of a lot differently than I expected. It's a very interesting outcome that may yet have an effect on the overall plot.

[Amakusa Takehiro]

The Hero:
Toss-up between Kenji and Haji. Kenji does what Kenji does, and it makes sense for him to be here I think. The whole "saving the miko" thing was awesome, and if the quest went more how I wanted it (i.e. no time constraints. Damn it, Okehazama) it would have been even better for him. Haji, look at the guy. Walking beacon of light. When he becomes a Daimyo, he's going to be like... a Beacon of Light-er.
The Sidekick:
Whoever the other one of the two is.
The Villain:
Sagi/Sakkaku. Sagi is the brains, Sakkaku is the "imma-fuck-you-up."

Brandt. Took on a warlord and his army to save a young girl. Siriusly, that man is the badass-est nice guy there is.
The Meanie:
Kat. Lying to Tak and getting pissed when he cried. Bitch.
The Comedian:
Hidenori. I think this one explains itself.
The Smart One:
Don't wanna toot my own horn, but Takehiro Takehiro Takehiro. I don't think he's made any bad decisions whatsoever, and as far as the "strategist" thing goes, he can command an entire fleet/army from his throne. You don't get badasser-strategist than that.
The Just Plain Clueless One:
Yukimura. Thieves' Town was started because he just wanted to get some revenge, didn't know the Bandit Chief was one of Tak's generals now. Got a war instead. I guess they fall in the same category.


The Pretty Boy:
Takehiro. Look at him.
The Hot Babe:
Naotora. Look at her.
Couple of the Month:

The Shake n’ Bake:
Hidenori and Noel make for the funnest fun times you ever had fun in.

Newbie of the Month:
Kenji. I know he's been around for a while, but his activity only recently kicked up. During his time here, he's been an incredibly active poster, and a seriously awesome guy to have both OoC and IC. If there's one "newbie" who makes a big contribution to this board, it's him.
Roleplayer of the Month:
I have to give this one to Shou/Ieyasu/Gabs. The guy recently became a helper and the GMing he's been doing since has been quite stellar. Not to mention Shou is ALWAYS true to his character, like in A Matter of Pride he's conflicted due to the fact the Amakusa may go to war with the Takeda. He's also willing to take on guys with higher stats because he's one of those who don't metagame, which is nice. He'll make decisions that maybe aren't the brightest OoC, but IC they make the MOST sense of any. You gou, Shou.
Character of the Month:
Buranto Soruveeg. This badass Nord has had quite a bit of development from what I see, and it's awesome. He's showing other sides to him that are refreshing and new to the character, and he's getting out there and developing relationships.
Thread of the Month: Thieves' Town. Incited what is very likely to develop into a full-scale war and it took little-to-no admin pushing or prodding to get it to happen. It just took miscommunication and a lack of sharing plot devices, but in all it served to REALLY add on to the IC drama, which is good. This is a board about Warring States, you won't always be goody-goody with the neighboring Daimyo.
